Travelling long distances to attend Mass or lessons to prepare for the sacrament of First Communion, to Catholic schools or to senior citizen groups – this is a bitter reality in regions where Catholic Christians live as a small religious minority spread across a wide territory. Community within faith only develops there when believers, priests and pastoral workers take on long journeys.

We therefore support the purchase of a BONI bus or a BONI car by parishes and church institutions in our development areas. We pay two thirds of the purchase price of a vehicle with predefined basic equipment, which is ordered centrally by the Bonifatiuswerk.
